 hop summary: \nThe ability to find solutions is a key ingredient for succe
 ss in the workplace. Often problem-solving in a business context starts wi
 th what is missing and dysfunctional rather than with what is working well
  already. SolutionSurfing\, a method developed by Dr. Peter Szabó\, encour
 ages people to focus on and do more of what is working well\, which is oft
 en faster and more effective than analysing difficulties and their causes.
  As a result\, companies save time and costs and people use their strength
 s and potential to reach higher levels of performance. \nThis interactive 
 1.5 hour Taster offers an introduction to the SolutionSurfing method. Part
 icipants will explore the impact of language and the use of ‘scaling quest
 ions’ in generating solutions and get an opportunity to experience the met
 hod in action. \nMaren Donata Urschel is an experienced coach and coach su
 pervisor who has spent her career working with senior executives internati
 onally in consulting\, knowledge management\, business development\, resea
 rch and project management. She has lived in three countries\, is multi-li
 ngual (fluent English/German\, advanced Italian) and brings freshness\, pr
 ofessionalism and a real joy in partnering with her clients to enable them
  to discover their potential and use it to their best advantage. Maren hol
 ds a Masters in Organisational Psychology from the London School of Econom
